Rhythm and Hues Room

Our little Picasso’s can show off their unique creative talents in the Rhythm and Hues room. The art room is filled with colorful paints, translucent mosaic tiles, glitter glue, iridescent fabric shapes, wiggly eyes, and glittering rhinestones just to name a few. For those who desire more structure, there are bins filled with instructional art packets which include all the necessary supplies and detailed instructions on how to make everything from telescopes to fingerprint flowers.

Children who are more musically incline will find an array of musical instruments to play including maracas, drums and an accordion.

Key educational components:

While creating their works of art and playing an instrument children are exercising both their gross and fine motor skills along with expressing their creative side.
